This morning while listening to Dominique Duprima on KJLH Front Page it was reported that former City of Oakland BART Transit Officer Johannes "Johnny" Mehserle has been arrested in Nevada. Officer Mehserle resigned earlier last week and has refused to answer questions from investigators concerning the incident. He will be charged in the death of slained transit rider Oscar Grant. A Choice of Weapons has no other information at this time. Here's to a fair trail and hopefully JUSTICE for Oscar Grant.BE Careful! BE Mindful! BE Prayerful!

Old boy bounced to Nevada? So he quits the force, then skates off to Nevada? Oh the prosecuting attorney is gonna love that.
Justice will always come around....Good they arrested the man!
