Benedict ArnoldWhen King David of Israel lay on his deathbed waiting to sleep with his ancestors he charged his son Solomon with a to do list. He spoke of Jezrell..."Don't let the sun set on my body before you handle him!" Paraphrased though it may be King David charged Solomon with a hit list.
The enemies that had plagued King David during his reign must die! David knew this and knew that if left alone Solomon would not be able to get things done! Jezrell, G that he was when he heard that David had passed, went out to the alter, made his peace and killed himself! He knew that he would not be allowed to live under King Solomon. He, as Davids soldier knew that David would have instructed Solomon as to what to do. The Bible as well as history is replete with similar examples. Now history and the Bible also cautions what happens when you don't take care of it.
When Israel was told to wipe the Amonites off the face of the earth, King Amon was spared! He was captured and brought to the Israeli King! This was contrary to what God (IAM) had instructed them to do and the Nation of Israel paid for their disobedience.
I fear the Democrats are in a similar situation with a similar charge. Traitors must be dealt with!
Judas Joe Lieberman has betrayed the party not once but three times in recent memory.
1. Wasn't he the only democrat to vote for impeachment of William "Bill" Clinton? Correct me if I'm wrong but he did vote that way but he wasn't dealt with. He was given the vice presidential nod in the Gore campaign! What traitor do you know in history was given a leadership post in the army of the side he betrayed? Wait...American history is full of those.....Civil war not withstanding! Bad example but still.....
Then he voted right along with Bush and then eventually stomped for Mccain in the face of those he caucuses with. He should have been kicked out of the caucus! So what he sides with the Repubs! So what he wasn't loyal to you anyway! But noooooo! The Dems pussed out!
Still he should be bounced! I'm writing my congress rep how about you?
There does come a time for Revenge and retribution. There comes a time to balance the ledger, to clean the slate. To settle old scores! Think on it! King Solomon might have grieved and wished to himself that he didn't have to do it but it had to be done.
BE Careful! BE Mindful! BE Prayerful!

This is an interesting post. While I don't think Lieberman's any more suspect than our incoming Secretary of State, I get where you're coming from.
Maybe Hillary will take care his azz. She 'n Bill got the know how, ya know?
I say kick him out of the Democratic party. He wants to hang so tough with the Republicans then that's where he needs to be. You don't see Republicans doing stuff like this. One thing they will do is stick with each other through hell, our economy and the war for example. If he doesn't agree with Democratic values then he needs to switch parties and they need to stop giving him leading positions when he isn't going to do anything but try to sabotage the Dems. I could get into a whole "conspiracy theory" but that a whole other post.
Well Judas Joe is now a registered Independent. He is one of two elected independents that caucus with the Democrats!
When the Dem Party ran Ned Lamont against Lieberman, The party voted for Lamont but the people of Conneticut voted for Judas Joe. So Judas won the battle but we are losing the war. He may share alot of left wing values that's true but some of his stances and his disloyalty are strong enough that he should be ousted!
He's to a huge foot kicking him out!

YOu know I was thinking something about that but not the same people involved as you have here. But I was thinknig that as a people (Jaycee don't kill me) WE are not loyal ourselves in a sense so who should take revenge on us?
I was thinking wow BLACK FOLK really loved the Clintons until Barack Obama came along that is.. and all of a sudden WE had a problem with the Clintons when for years we've claimed they were the closest thing to black.. remember that?
But here comes a REAL black President and now WE are behind him 100% (not saying we shouldn't be) but let Obama do one thing to upset the balck community and guess what's going to happen WE are going to jump ship!

Well, I did not like Bill Clinton in the beginning because of course I was a Jerry Moonbean Brown type of Democrat then. I felt that the party had become too much like the Republicans. I still feel that way. I did grow to like Bill and what he did for the country. I am not a Loyal to either party and I think that's the way Black folks should be. We should be Loyal to our ideas and our agenda. Education, Job training, healthcare, Black empowerment, Black Power and Black Wealth! That's what I'm loyal to.
I love Yeshua (Jesus) for example and except him as my Lord and Savior but that does not endear me to the Church, dig? I am not anchored to any denomination, I am guided by the principles in the Bible and spiritual writings and disaplines that interact with those teachings but not a Denomination dig?
As far as Bam Bam, well It's just like Fred from Super Chicken said, You knew the job was dangerous when you took it Fred! (Smile)

Judas Joe is an opportunistic jerk. But even Jesus, knowing that the original Judas was going to stab him in the back, just said do what you have to do quickly, and get it over with. Judas regretted what he did afterward, and killed himself. Still, Jesus didn't hold what he did against him, because Jesus knew that He would get more mileage out of forgiveness.
I'm thinking that Obama believes that Judas Joe knows he committed political suicide by siding with McCain hoping for a second shot at the VP position. Joe knew he had maxed out for any other chance at a high post, so he sold his soul for 30 pieces of silver and a smaller desk in the White House. Judas Joe knows that Obama is his political "covering", and if he gets outside of Obama's good graces, he's on the fast-track to a college professor-ship with no political future. Judas Joe needs to be exiled, but Obama can get more mileage out of forgiveness.

I can't agree about Judas Joe. He's a Frozen Snake. A Frozen snake is still a snake and if and when it thaws it will do the things according to its nature. Be a snake. As far as the Betrayal of Yeshua(Jesus) Remember Jesus said to Peter, You will betray me 3times before the rooster crows! Jesus also said that all would forsake him and one of you has a devil. He never said who, I'm sure all the disciples felt in their souls that it could and would be them. It ended up being Judas but at the Cruxifiction where were the others?
You've have a good heart when it comes to forgiveness.
PS You don't have to dislike clowns just cause of AL T Clown's letter! Somebody gets joy from them just not me.
